The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 24 February 2023.
The application proposes a Home Business (Hairdresser) at 12 Pitchford Glade, Clarkson. Details of the proposal include the following:
- A maximum of one client at any one time;
- A maximum of six clients per day;
- Utilising the existing driveway for customer parking; and
- Operational hours of:
Tuesday to Friday – 9:00am to 5:00pm
Saturday – 8:00am to 3:00pm
Sunday to Monday – Closed
Wednesday – 11:00am to 8:00pm
