The abovementioned
development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 6
March 2023.
The
application proposes an outbuilding at the abovementioned property, consisting
of the following:
- 9m x 14m length;
- Wall height of 4.2m;
- Ridge height of 4.99m; and
- Setback 0.8m from the southern boundary and 2.6m from the western boundary
Due to the
reduced setback and height of the proposal, you are invited to provide comment
on the proposal with regard to the following Design Principles:

- Sunlight and ventilation;
- Effective use of space; and
