The abovementioned
development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 25
March 2023.
The application proposes a Place of Worship including the following details:
- The retention of the existing dwelling to be converted to a Caretakers dwelling;
- No increase in the existing building footprint;
- Operating times between:
Ø 10am and
4pm on weekdays, where a maximum of 10 visitors are proposed;
Ø 8am to 7pm on Saturdays, where a maximum of 76 visitors
are proposed;
Ø 9am to
5pm on Sundays, where a maximum of 76 visitors are proposed.
- 21 on-site bays, including an accessible parking bay and 4 bike bays provided on site; and
- Transport Impact Statement and Acoustic report provided.
