Amendment to Approved Child Care Centre (Addition of a take-away food outlet) at
7 Cushing Road, Alkimos (DA2023/84)
The abovementioned
development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 28 March 2023.
This application is
proposing to modify the already approved Child Care Centre at 7 Cushing Road,
Alkimos.
Modifications include
the inclusion of a “hole in a wall” coffee take-away kiosk along the Bainbridge
Avenue frontage. Details of the coffee take-away kiosk include:
- Operating hours - Monday to Saturday 6.30am to 3.30pm (closed Sunday);
- The coffee kiosk is take-away only;
- The coffee kiosk will be serviced by two (2) staff members at any one given time; and
- It is estimated that four (4) patrons could be serviced at any one given time.
