Child Care Centre & Restaurant Development at 2 Trethowan Promenade,
Alkimos (DA2022/769)
The abovementioned
development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 7
April 2023.
The application proposes a Child Care Centre and Restaurant with the following elements:
- A maximum number of 92 children on site at any one time;
- A total of 24 on-site car bays;
- A maximum of 10 staff members at any one time;
- Proposed operational hours of the Child Care Centre 6:30am to 6:30pm Monday to Friday (outdoor play to be used after 7:00am);
- Associated landscaping and signage; and
- Restaurant for seating of 50 patrons.
