Proposed Retrospective Single House Addition (Alfresco, Patio and Day Bed) at 59 Keanefield Drive, Carramar (DA2023/99)

 

The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 20 March 2023.

 

The application is seeking retrospective approval for the abovementioned development.

 

The alfresco is located in northern corner of the site.

 

The patio is located along the south-eastern boundary and proposes a height of 1.9 metres, a length of 14.4 metres and setback 0.75 metres with posts on the boundary wall.

 

The day bed is located on the south-eastern boundary which is raised 0.5 metres above ground level and proposes a height of 2.6 metres, a length of 3.4 metres with a setback of 0.2 metres to the southern boundary and 2.5 metres to north boundary. A decorative screen is also proposed to fix to colorbond fence along south-eastern boundary fence with a height of 2.3 metres and a length of 9 metres.
