Quinns Rocks - Frederick Stubbs Park Upgrade Carpark and Surrounds

Community engagement has now closed. Comments were submitted from 17/03/2023 to 14/04/2023.

Information

As part of the Capital Works Program, the City of Wanneroo is seeking feedback regarding proposed concept plan to upgrade the coastal carpark and toilet block adjacent to Frederick Stubbs Park.

Historically, there have been coastal erosion issues experienced with the existing coastal carpark adjacent Frederick Stubbs Park in Quinns Rocks. The City recently completed upgrade works to the groynes adjacent to this carpark to improve erosion protection in this area. As a result, the existing degraded carpark and the old toilet block will need to be retreated in land and redesigned accordingly. The estimated project construction cost is approximately $6.115 million.

Feedback invited

You are invited to review and provide feedback on the proposed concept plan for the carpark and toilet block layout, via an online survey – See concept plan below.
