The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised
for public comment until 3 April 2023.
The application proposes a single house to the rear of 19 Javez Drive,
Quinns Rocks.
The applicant is proposing associated retaining walls, with associated
cut and fill to both side adjoining property boundaries and a maximum fill
level and retaining of 1m in height.
In addition, the application proposes 5.5m2 of overlooking
into the adjoining property from the proposed Study.

proposed retaining, you are invited to provide comment on the proposal with
