Proposed Retrospective - Single House Addition (Timber Screen) at 39 Lautoka Rise, Mindarie (DA2023/373)
The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 3 May 2023.
The application is seeking retrospective approval for the timber screen that currently exists at 39 Lautoka Rise, Mindarie. Details of the timber screen are as follows:
- Height - 2.3m;
- Length - 3.8m on the southern boundary with a setback of nil; and
- Length - 3.4m on the eastern boundary with a setback of nil.
