The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 2 May 2023.
The application proposes a patio at 30 Moscow Retreat, Hocking with details as follows:
- To be built on south-eastern corner of the site;
- To be located along the eastern boundary of neighbouring property;
- Length - 15.2m;
- Height - 2.5m; and
- Nil setback to the posts and skillion posts cut back 0.5m from the boundary.
