Proposed Single House Addition (Extension) at 24 Rees Drive, Quinns Rocks (DA2023/306)
The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 10 May 2023.
The
application proposes an extension to the existing house at 24 Rees Drive,
Quinns Rocks. with some aspects of the proposal includes:
- The bulk of the extension proposes a setback of 5.1m from the northern side boundary;
- The laundry and bedroom 2 is proposed to be setback 1m from the northern side boundary;
- The living to dining room is setback 1.9m from the southern side boundary; and
- Additional retaining wall on the boundary along the northern side boundary.
