The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 10 May 2023.
The application proposes a Cattery at 359 Gibbs Road, Nowerbup. Details of the proposal include:
- Erection of a new building containing an Office and 20 x pens;
- Up to 26 cats at any one given time;
- Staff includes the owners of the site in addition to 2 x casual staff; and
- Opening hours to the public are 8:30am until 10:30am and 3:30pm until 4:30pm every day except for Wednesdays and Public Holidays.
