The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 16 May 2023.
The application proposes an extension to the existing single house at 4 Sedgley Close, Landsdale.
The City is seeking comments in relation to the boundary wall (to accommodate the storeroom and patio).
The
boundary wall is proposed to be 15.8m in length, 3.2m in height and setback 3.4m
from the street boundary.
