The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 25 May 2023.
The application proposes a Car Wash at 941 Wanneroo Road, Wanneroo. Details of the proposal includes:
- Install 2 x automatic wash bays whilst retaining the existing established buildings on site;
- Utilise the existing access and egress arrangements at the subject site;
- Install waste water treatment systems to store and treat waste water;
- Operating hours will be 7am to 10pm; and
- There will be no staff based on site as it will be an unmanned car wash.
