Proposed Single House at 3 Swansea Promenade, Mindarie (DA2023/397)
The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 28 May 2023.
The application proposes a single
house on the lot with the City seeking comments on the following items:
- A small section of the rear of the dwelling roof has a height of 10m to the top of the roof pitch;
- There is some retaining proposed on the east side boundary which tapers from a maximum height of 2.4m to ground level;
- The building pad level is 19.70 which is due to the existing ground levels; and
- The balcony is located 1.1m from the side boundary.
