The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 30 May 2023.
The application proposes to operate personal training (strength training) from the garage of the above home.
The Applicant proposes a maximum of 4 clients per class, with 4 classes per
week scheduled on the following days and times:
- Monday 6:00pm to 6:45pm;
- Tuesday 9:00am to 9:45am;
- Wednesday 6:00pm to 6:45pm; and
- Saturday 8:00am to 8:45am
