Proposed Single House Addition (Patio and Outbuilding) at 40 Brookway Retreat, Landsdale (DA2023/422)
The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 5 June 2023.
The application proposes an outbuilding and patio to replace the existing outbuilding and patio at the above mentioned address
Details of the proposal are as follows:
- The patio is located along the southern boundary and proposes a height of 2.3 meters and a length of 11.4 meters with posts setback of 0.9m from the southern boundary
- The outbuilding is located at the northwest corner of the site. The structure is 5.1 meters long along the northern boundary, with a 0.5m setback and 8.3 meters along the western boundary, with a 0.1. setback The outbuilding wall height is proposed at 2.4 meters
