Proposed Amendment No. 46 to the East Wanneroo Cell 6 Structure Plan No. 8
Public comment is invited on the abovementioned amendment which proposes to rezone a portion of Lot 9002 (No. 50) Attadale Avenue, Darch from “Business Precinct” and “Residential R20” to “Commercial”
The rezoning is intended to enable development of a Neighbourhood Centre at the corner of Furniss Road and Mirrabooka Avenue. The proposed Neighbourhood Centre will have a maximum net lettable area of 5000m2 which could facilitate a full line supermarket and several specialty retail uses.
