Proposed Change of Use to Bed and Breakfast at 16 Fusus Lane, Jindalee (DA2023/956)
The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 13 October 2023.
The application proposes to utilise the existing studio above the garage for short-term accommodation purposes (Bed and Breakfast).
The proposal includes a Management Plan and associated Code of Conduct which stipulates a maximum of 2 guests at any one time and no pets permitted.
A Guest Register is to be maintained and contact details of the Property Owners to be made available to all surrounding landowners.
Parking is to be contained within the existing double garage and visitor bays along Reflection Boulevard.
