Details of the proposal are as follows:
- The shed has an overall length of 12.4 m and a width of 7.2m;
- The shed has a wall height of 3.15m and a ridge height of 3.8m;
- A retaining wall of 0.6m at its highest point with a nil setback to the western boundary; and
- An unenclosed outdoor active habitable space which has a floor level of 0.7m above natural ground level with a reduced setback.
