The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 2 November 2023.

 

The application is seeking retrospective approval for a single house addition of an attached addition to the dwelling and retaining walls at 95 Callison Way, Koondoola.

 

The proposed retaining walls are to be a maximum height of 350mm and the attached additions are 7m in length, 2.486m in wall height and to be set back between 0.7m to 1.5m from the adjoining lot boundary.

 

Due to the reduced lot boundary setback, you are invited to provide comment on the proposal with regard to the following Design Principles:

Building bulk;

Sunlight and ventilation;

Overlooking;

Effective use of space; and

Amenity
