The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 1 November 2023.

setback for the upper floor in lieu of 1.8m;

setback to the upper floor balcony in lieu of 1.2m; and
· 6.3m2 of overlooking to the rear of the neighbouring property from the proposed upper floor balcony.
Due to the setback and overlooking,
