Proposed Child Care Centre at Lot 341 (53) Rathmines Street, Clarkson (DA2023/1039)
The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 10 November 2023.
The application proposes a Child Care Centre at 53 Rathmines Street, Clarkson.
Details of the proposal are as follows:
- The Child Care Centre is to be located on the southern portion of the site;
- A single storey building with a 900m2 footprint and 850m2 outdoor play area;
- A maximum of 116 children on site at any one time;
- A maximum of 22 staff on site at any one time;
- Operational hours between 6:30am and 6:30pm, Monday to Friday;
- A total of 33 on-site parking bays are provided including one accessible parking bay; and
- Associated landscaping and signage.
