The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 22 November 2023.
The application proposes an outbuilding at the North-Western corner of 7 Tarbert Parade, Ridgewood. .
Details of the proposal are as follows:
- The walls along the Northern and Western boundaries of the site are 7m in length;
- Wall height and ridge height of 3m and 4.3m respectively;
- Walls are setback 0.4m from both lot boundaries; and
- Outbuilding is 49m2 in size and has a skillion roof with the ridge towards the centre of the site.
