Proposed Single House Additions (Outbuilding and Retaining Walls) at 12 Joondalup Place, Wanneroo (DA2023/993)

 

The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 27 November 2023.


The application proposes an outbuilding and retaining walls to the North-Western corner of the site. The outbuilding proposes a 9.2m long wall along the Western boundary and a 6.3m long wall along the Northern boundary with 0.7m setback to both lot boundaries. The proposed outbuilding is 3.2m in wall height and 4.8m in ridge height. 

 

The retaining walls are proposed around the outbuilding. The retaining wall along the Western boundary is 10.4m in length with a maximum retaining height of 0.9m and nil setback. The retaining wall along the Northern boundary is 7m in length with a maximum retaining height of 0.7m and nil setback to the lot boundary.
