The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 28 November 2023.


The application proposes a single house addition (screen wall) at 42 Seaspray Crescent, Jindalee. 

  

The application proposes a 10m long screen wall along the Northern boundary with a height of 2.6m. The screen wall is located 0.1m off this lot boundary and is not attached to the dividing fence.
