Proposed Single House (Amendment DA2023/306) at 24 Rees Drive, Quinns Rocks (DA2023/1082)

 

The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 24 November 2023.


The application proposes an amendment to the previously approved single house, including changes to the floorplan layout and a second floor being added to the dwelling. Within the amendment, the applicant is proposing a boundary wall to the southern boundary of the subject lot which is proposed at 3.82m in height for a length of 5.69m. 

 

Due to the boundary wall height, you are invited to provide comment on the proposal with regard to the following Design Principles:

Building bulk;

Sunlight and ventilation;

Overlooking;

Effective use of space; and

Amenity:
