Proposed Large Format Digital Signage at 139 Badgerup Road, Wanneroo (DA2023/1036)

The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 1 December 2023.

The application proposes a large format pylon sign located within the Ocean Reef Road reservation. Details of the proposed advertising signage are as follows: 

•  The Pylon sign is located in the south-east corner of the subject property;
• A 12.1 metre wide and 4.1 metre high digital pylon sign is proposed which is located 8 metres above ground level; and
• One sign face is proposed to be digital static (east) the other a printed static signage (west).

Due to the design, you are invited to provide comment on the proposal with regard to the following Design Principles:

Amenity;

Appropriateness to the locality; and

Respect for the natural ground levels of the site.
