Proposed Single House Addition
(Carport) at 15 Petre Grove, Clarkson (DA2023/1025)
The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 15 December 2023.
The
application proposes a carport at the eastern corner of the site. The carport
has one post on the northern lot boundary and one post within 0.7m of this lot
boundary. The structure is 4.5m wide and 6m long with a pitched roof. The
height of post and ridge is 2.6m and 3.8m high.
