Proposed Single House Addition (Ancillary Accommodation, Extension, Alfresco and Sunken Bar) at 54 Ashmore Avenue, Two Rocks (DA2023/1128)

 

The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 3 January 2024.


The application proposes an ancillary dwelling at the rear of the dwelling. The ancillary accommodation wall is 8.4m long along the south-western boundary with 1m setback and wall height of 2.8m.

 

The Alfresco is located within the western corner of the site with an 8.6m long wall along the western boundary with a 0.2m setback and wall height of 2.4m. The alfresco has 3 piers along the northern lot boundary with a 0.7m setback and wall height of 2.4m.

 

The Sunken Bar is located abutting the northern lot boundary with a wall height 1.9m and length of 5.5m with nil setback to the boundary.

 

The extension has a 4.5m long and 3.1m high boundary wall abutting the northern lot boundary.
