The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 3 January 2024.
The
Alfresco is located within the western corner of the site with an 8.6m long
wall along the western boundary with a 0.2m setback and wall height of 2.4m.
The alfresco has 3 piers along the northern lot boundary with a 0.7m setback
and wall height of 2.4m.
The Sunken
Bar is located abutting the northern lot boundary with a wall height 1.9m and
length of 5.5m with nil setback to the boundary.
The
extension has a 4.5m long and 3.1m high boundary wall abutting the northern lot
boundary.
