The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 5 January 2024.

The application proposes a grouped dwelling (1 unit) located to the rear of an existing residential property. The grouped dwelling is two storeys and incorporates a bedroom on the upper floor which has multiple windows facing north toward the common property.
