The
abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public
comment until 5 January 2024.
The application proposes a Single House Addition
(Outbuilding) at 24 Marginata Place, Wanneroo.
The
application proposes a 156m2 outbuilding at the rear of the property. The
outbuilding is 13m long with 5m setback to the southern boundary. The wall
height and ridge height are 3.5m and 4.5m respectively. It is proposed to be
12m long with 13m setback to the eastern lot boundary.
