The application proposes a Home Occupation (Welding Business) at 16 Rogart Bend, Butler.
Details of the proposal are as follows:
- No clients are proposed to visit the Home Occupation;
- Deliveries to the Home Occupation will occur quarterly;
- The Home Occupation will operate from the existing outbuilding at the rear of the dwelling, with storage to be located at the front of the existing dwelling; and
- Proposed operating hours of:
- Monday to Friday - 7.30am - 3.00pm
