The abovementioned development
application is currently being advertised for public comment until 9 January
2024.
The application proposes a home occupation (music classes) at 10 Beachwood Crescent Butler.
Details of the proposal are as follows:
- A maximum of two students at any one time;
- A maximum of five students per day;
- The home occupation will operate out of the existing lounge within the dwelling;
- The applicant will undertake sound proofing treatment to the lounge to reduce noise impacts to the neighbours;
- Customer parking is located on the driveway; and
- Operation hours of:
- Monday to Thursday - 3.00pm - 8.00pm;
- Friday - 3:00pm - 5:00pm; and
- Saturday - 2:00pm - 4:00pm.
