Proposed Change of Use (Place of Worship – Courageous Church) at 1 Santorini Promenade, Alkimos (DA2023/1116)
The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 11 January 2024.
The application proposes a change of use to Tenancies 6 – 8 to Place of Worship. As noted by the applicant the operation of the Place of Worship involves:
- Office hours between 9am – 5pm
- Small group meetings between 30-60 people
- Maximum capacity of 250 people
As part of
the assessment of the application the City is to consider a resultant shortfall
in parking across the site in addition to the above operations.
