The abovementioned development
application is currently being advertised for public comment until 17 January
2024.
The application proposes a
two-storey single house with ground finished floor level at 12.30. A balcony is
proposed at the front of the house over the garage and porch. Proposed balcony
is setback 6.1m and 8.7m from eastern and western lot boundary respectively and
4.5m from primary street boundary.
