Proposed Home-Based Business (Car Detailing) at 6 Stingray Way, Jindalee (DA2023/1200)

The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 16 January 2024.

The application proposes a home business for car detailing at 6 Stingray Way, Jindalee which involves the following: 

• The cleaning/detailing of the inside of vehicles, including the general internal cleaning and vacuuming of the vehicles; 
• Maximum of five vehicles each day, with a maximum of one vehicle at any given time; 
• All operations will occur from inside the garage, with the door closed;
• The owner will collect the vehicles, as such no customers will attend the site; and
• Operating hours of: 
  • Monday between 9.00am - 3.00pm.
