The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 1 February 2024.

The application proposes 2 Motor Vehicle Repairs to the eastern portion of the subject site at 40 Butler Boulevard, Butler. 

Details of the proposal are as follows: 

• 2 x Auto Service Centres with a size of 320m² and 352m² for tenancy 4 & 5 respectively;
• Street facing reception area, office and showroom;
• External enclosed bin/storeroom;
• Associated landscaping and signage;
• 29 car parking bays; and
• Proposed operating hours of: 
  • Monday to Friday - 7.30am - 6.00pm
  • Saturday 8.00am - 12.00pm
