The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 31 January 2024.

The application proposes a two-storey single house at 94 Maritime Drive, Jindalee.

Details of the proposal are as follows: 

• A boundary wall to the southern boundary with a height of 5.7m and a length of 15m;
• A visual privacy setback to the southern and northern boundaries; and
• Overshadowing of 51% of the adjoining southern lot.    
  

Due to the reduced visual privacy setback, solar access variation and boundary wall variation, you are invited to provide comment on the proposal with regard to the following Design Principles:

Building bulk;

Sunlight and ventilation;

Overlooking; and

Amenity
