The abovementioned development
application is currently being advertised for public comment until 12 February

application proposes a carport and patio to the side of the property at 99 Aldersea Circle, Clarkson.

the carport and patio are as follows:
- A 17.9 metre long patio with a 0.5 metre setback to the northern side boundary.
