The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 8 February 2024.

The application proposes a change of use to Holiday House at 96 Reflection Boulevard, Jindalee.

Details of the application are as follows:

• A maximum of 6 guests are proposed at any one time;
• The proposed use will occupy the entirely of the property;
• A total of 2 car bays will be contained on site;
• Check-in time is from 2pm to 9pm, and check-out time is from 7am to 10am;
• Guests must stay for a minimum of seven (7) nights and a maximum of 89 nights; and
• A Management Plan has been provided by the applicant, outlining how the use will be managed.
