The proposed closure of access restriction (0.1m Spite Strip) along Kirkstall Drive at Lot 594 Ranworth Road, Hocking is currently being advertised for public comment until 15 March 2024.
The application proposes to remove an access restriction along portion of Kirkstall Drive.
The access restriction is currently in the form of a 'pedestrian access way' which is a 0.1m spite strip and extends along Wanneroo Road and portion of Kirkstall Drive. The application is proposing to remove 58.1 metres of this pedestrian access way/spite strip on the Kirkstall Drive frontage to allow direct vehicular access from Kirkstall Drive to the south-western portion of Lot 594 Ranworth Road, Hocking.
