The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 4 March 2024.
The application proposes a change of use to Holiday House at 8 Malacca Way, Mindarie.
Details of the proposal are as follows:
- A maximum of 6 guests are proposed at any one time;
- The proposed use will occupy the entirety of the property;
- A total of 4 car bays can be contained on site;
- Check-in time is from 2pm to 9pm and check-out time is from 7am to 10am;
- Guests must stay for a minimum of seven (7) nights and a maximum of 89 nights; and
- A Management Plan has been provided by the applicant which outlines how the use will be managed.
