Proposed Single House Upper Floor Addition, Garage, Siteworks & Granny Flat at 3 Bennett Road, Quinns Rocks (DA2023/1051)
The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 14 March 2024.
The application proposes an additional storey to the established dwelling on site, a garage, an ancillary dwelling and associated siteworks. Details of which are as follows:
- Reduced primary street setback;
- Reduced northern lot boundary setback;
- Reduced primary street setback for the garage boundary wall;
- Over-height boundary wall to the southern lot boundary;
- Over-height building height;
- Retaining and siteworks with a reduced setback to the southern and western lot boundaries; and
- Reduced visual privacy setback to the northern lot boundary.
You are invited to provide comment on the proposal with regard to the following Design Principles:

Appropriateness to the locality;
Overlooking;
Amenity; and
