The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 27 March 2024.


The application proposes a patio which has a length of 12.8m a width of 1.4m and a height of 2.76m. The proposed patio is setback 0.5m to the roof from the eastern boundary with a nil setback to the posts and is setback 6m from the northern boundary.
