The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 22 March 2024.
The application proposes a two-storey dwelling with under croft garage. The development may be of interest to you with the design of the dwelling seeking the City’s discretion for reduced setbacks for portions of the southern and northern facades of the dwelling.
