Proposed Place of Assembly (Amendment to DA2019/29) at 4 Accomplish Way, Gnangara (DA2023/1285

 

The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 29 April 2024.

 

The application proposes an amendment to DA2019/29 - Proposed Place of Assembly at 4 Accomplish Way, Gnangara.


Details of the proposal are as follows:

  • The maximum number of persons to be accommodated onsite at any one time is to be increased from 244 to 500;
  • The existing access to the site from Accomplish Way and egress from the site to Forward Street is to be retained;

Operational hours are as follows:

  • Monday to Friday 7.00am to 10.30am and 4.30pm to 8.00pm; and
  • Sunday 6.00pm to 9.00pm, on the second Sunday of every month.  

A total of 140 parking bays are proposed through the following arrangements:

  • 52 car bays are incorporated on the subject property, two of which are ACROD bays;
  • 42 car bays are to be accommodated on three neighbouring properties through agreement with landowners; and
  • 46 car bays are to be accommodated in informal on-street parking bays along Accomplish Way and Forward Street.
