Proposed One Grouped Dwelling at 32B Basico Avenue, Sinagra (DA2024/334)
The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 17 May 2024.
The application proposes a boundary wall on the southern boundary. The deemed to comply provisions allow a boundary wall up to 8.6m long and up to 3.5m high. The proposed boundary wall is 10.3m long and 2.9m high (including retaining) from the neighbouring property.
Due to the variation you are invited to provide comment on the proposal with regard to the following Design Principles:
