There is currently a 60m section of unconstructed footpath south of Brookway Retreat to the same road south of the roundabout (kerbside) on Southmead Drive. The City proposes to complete this footpath section by constructing a 1.5m wide concrete footpath at the back of the kerb. The installation of this section of concrete foot path will improve access for residents of Landsdale to a range of facilities including the Landsdale Primary School and Warradale Park. Further details of the proposed footpath and how it connects into the existing pathway network can be found in the below plans.
