Local Planning Scheme Amendment and Structure Plan Amendment Available for Inspection
City of Wanneroo District Planning Scheme No. 2 - Amendment No. 139
East Wanneroo Cell No. 5 Structure Plan No. 7 - Amendment No. 15
Notice is hereby given that the local government of the City of Wanneroo has prepared the above mentioned planning scheme and structure plan amendments for the purpose of rezoning:
- Lot 16, 17 and 923 Grayswood Court;
- Lots 924, 925 and 926 Warradale Terrace; and
- Lot 927 Kevo Place, Landsdale,
from Special Residential Zone to Residential Zone with a density coding of R40.
Plans and documents setting out and explaining the amendments are available to view from the Document Library below and will be open for inspection during office hours up to and including 17 March 2017.
